Dora named 4th hurricane of Eastern Pacific season (AP)

This NOAA satellite image taken Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 10:45 AM EDT shows mostly clear skies across the Caribbean Islands and Central America with some areas of active weather. Tropical Storm Bret spinning to the north of the Bahamas is bringing scattered showers. At the same time, a tropical wave positioned over the eastern Caribbean Sea is triggering showers over the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. To the east, onshore moisture is triggering thunderstorms over parts of Central America.
