LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- A rep for Amy Winehouse told Access Hollywood - that despite a report - the late singer was not planning to adopt a child from St Lucia.

"There is no truth to reports she was in the process of adopting a 10-year-old girl from St. Lucia," a rep for Winehouse told Access on Monday.
